accessing or registering on Designpro.lk, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Account Registration and Security
• You need an account to access most features of our platform.
•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account details. Any activity conducted under
your account will be considered your responsibility.
•All course purchases, submissions, and examination records will be associated with your student account and profile.
•You must not share your account credentials with anyone. Designpro.lk will not intervene in disputes arising from shared
accounts.
•Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
2. Student Accounts
• Thank you for choosing Designpro.lk to enhance your learning journey. Our mission is to empower students in Sri Lanka
with accessible, high-quality online education.
• To ensure a safe and effective learning environment, we require all users to adhere to our rules and regulations. By
registering and using our services, you agree to comply with all published terms and policies of Designpro.lk.
3. Course Enrollment
• When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to view the course materials for your
personal, non-commercial, educational use.
• All information you provide during registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information may lead to legal
action.|
• All learning materials remain the intellectual property of Designpro.lk. Students are prohibited from copying, distributing,
or reselling any course materials.
• Each course has a specific duration for completion, starting from the date of your registration. Access to course materials
will expire after the designated period.
• Preview videos may be watched up to five (5) times per user.
• To receive a certificate, you must:
• Watch all lecture recordings
• Submit all assigned projects by the specified deadlines
• Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in live online sessions (applicable for certificate eligibility)
• A fee of Rs. 1000 will be charged for each course certificate issued upon successful completion.
• Certificate issuance is subject to passing any required practical examinations conducted by the institute.
• Course fees are non-refundable. Free preview videos are available to help you make an informed decision before
enrolling
4. Student Behavior
• The Designpro.lk platform must be used solely for educational purposes. Users must respect the intellectual property
rights of others.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Assignments, projects, and other submissions must be your original work.
• Designpro.lk reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account without prior notice for violations of these
Terms.
• Upon termination, your account and associated content may be deleted, and you may be denied further access to our
platform
5. Payment Methods
• Designpro.lk offers several payment options for your convenience.
• Online payments will automatically enroll you in your chosen course.
• For bank deposits, you must send us a copy of the deposit slip. Your enrollment will be processed within 24 hours (One
working day).
• Payments are non-refundable
6. Changes to Terms
• Designpro.lk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued
use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
